Arizona native. Your local resource.REAL ESTATE, WITH A LITTLE MORE HEART.
Hi, I’m Stevie.
I’m glad you’re here.
A home is where your everyday life happens. Finding the right one—or letting go of one you’ve loved—is personal. Your real estate experience should feel that way, too.
As an Arizona native serving Phoenix and the East Valley, I help first-time buyers and growing homeowners make sense of the process, understand their options, and move forward with a plan that fits their lives.
Expect honest conversations, thoughtful strategy, and someone who makes room for every question. I’m part of The Medrano Group at Real Broker, bringing you personal attention with a connected team behind it.

THE HOME BUYER’S EDIT
A big decision.
Made a little simpler.
Your first home comes with plenty of firsts. Here’s a clear place to start, with room to go deeper whenever you’re ready.

Do I really need 20% down?
Not always. Some loan programs allow a smaller down payment, depending on eligibility. A lower down payment can affect mortgage insurance and your total monthly cost. A lender can compare options around your budget.
Explore the CFPB’s home buyer basicsWhat should I budget beyond my down payment?
Plan for closing costs, moving, inspections, and a cushion for home expenses. Closing costs are separate from your down payment and vary with your loan, property, and transaction. Ask for an itemized estimate before setting your budget.
Understand upfront costsWhat’s the first step before touring homes?
Let’s talk about your priorities and timeline, then connect you with a lender if you’re financing. Understanding your comfortable payment and financing options helps us focus the search. A preapproval is a starting point, not a final loan guarantee.
Prepare for your home searchHow does the buying process work?
- Talk through your goals and budget.
- Explore financing and get prepared.
- Find and tour homes that fit.
- Write an offer and negotiate terms.
- Complete inspections, due diligence, and financing.
- Review closing details, do a final walkthrough, and get your keys.
Your contract and situation determine the deadlines. I’ll help you keep track of what comes next.
Do I need an inspection on a new build?
New construction still deserves a thoughtful review. We can discuss an independent inspection, the builder’s inspection policies, and opportunities to review the home before drywall and before closing. Availability and access depend on the build stage and builder.
We’ll also review deposits, completion estimates, warranties, and any conditions attached to builder incentives.

Seller credits may be negotiated as part of an offer. Whether they’re available depends on the seller, property, contract, and loan rules. We’ll work with your lender to understand what is allowed and compare the full terms of an offer.
Make sense of your Loan EstimateHow do I compare monthly payments?
Look beyond principal and interest. Consider property taxes, homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance if applicable, HOA dues, and ongoing maintenance. If there’s a temporary rate buydown, ask to see the payment after it ends, too.
Review the total paymentAm I ready, or should I keep renting?
Your timeline, savings, monthly comfort level, and plans matter more than pressure to buy. Let’s compare your options and the responsibilities of ownership. If renting fits your life right now, we can start there.

MY FAVORITE PEOPLE. MY FAVORITE PLACE.
Building a life
we love.
Jacob and I have been together for six years, and in 2026 we purchased our first home together. Experiencing that milestone ourselves made the meaning of “home” feel even more personal.
We’re both passionate about the work we do and helping others. There’s something special about putting your heart into a life—and a home—that feels like you.
THE REAL HEADS OF THE HOUSEHOLD
Harlow & Nash.
Our dogs are absolutely spoiled, and they deserve every bit of it. They’re our children in every way that matters: deeply loved, endlessly photographed, and very much at the center of our little family.
They’re a daily reminder that home is about who you share it with. And yes, finding a little room for the dogs is always a good idea.
